Refunds

No refunds will be allowed, as all sales are final.  Feel free to contact us for any product questions at contact@verdurehealthco.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unforuantely, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We will accept exchanges for any defective items or items damaged in transit.  Please contact us right away so that we can send you a return shipping label.  We will notify you once we've recieved and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not.  If approved, you will automatically be shipped a replacement.
